Our team members all have deep roots in the communities, schools and organizations at a grassroots level with demonstrated knowledge about some of Baltimore’s most impactful community organizations and movements.

Lisa Bleich, Founding Partner believes deeply in every human’s capacity to grow, change and connect. Lisa’s commitment to social change has fueled her work as a leader at some of Baltimore’s most impactful nonprofits including Baltimore Community Mediation Center, The Alliance for Community Teachers and Schools (ACTS), Creative City Public Charter School and Fusion Partnerships. Currently, Lisa serves as the Managing Partner of Signal Fire, LLC which works to transform the way that organizations make decisions and engage the community using the power of truth and authenticity. Lisa collaborates with a dynamic and deeply knowledgeable team of consultants, organizers, grassroots activists and artists who train, research, evaluate through and equity lens.
